She has also self-published: Gifts of the Heart and Poems in Their Pockets. Pauline is a retired U.S. Army LTC., correctional educator, and gym owner. Today, she teaches Tai Chi/Qi Gong, Indoor Cycling, Strength Training and is a Personal Trainer. She loves to hike and garden but her passion is Pickleball.
